(All Day) Video Game Design
Get ready to design and build your own video games in this immersive course! Using Construct 3, a visual coding platform, you will explore the fundamentals of programming while creating your own versions of classics such as Asteroids, Platformers, and Super Smash Brothers–style games. Along the way, you’ll learn how to design engaging game mechanics, develop eye-catching visuals, and incorporate sound effects to bring your creations to life. By the end of the week, you will have a collection of games you built yourself and a deeper understanding of how game development works. Bring a USB drive on the last day.
