Tech Academy partners with Howard Lake, Waverly, Winsted Community Ed to offer hands-on summer camps in LEGO® Robotics, coding (Python, JavaScript, Scratch), Minecraft, Roblox, 3D printing, engineering, and video production for students grades K-8.

 | Video Production for YouTube Learn how to create your own YouTube content in this hands-on camp! Students will practice shooting video, capturing sound, and developing an online presence. In the first half of camp, they’ll discover techniques filmmakers use for better shots, lighting, and audio, and practice editing with film software through a class project. In the second half, students will work together on an unboxing or product review video. They’ll edit their project, add transitions, special effects, and a soundtrack, then share their finished video. Students should have basic reading skills.
